Chef Select Barley Flour, commonly known as Jau Atta or Jo Ka Atta, is prepared by finely grinding food-grade barley grain. It has a light brown to beige colour, a mildly earthy and nutty flavour, and a softer binding structure than wheat flour. Barley flour can be cooked as talbina or barley porridge, blended with wheat flour for roti and chapati, incorporated into breads and baked foods, or used to thicken soups and gravies. Barley naturally contains dietary fibre, including beta-glucan, although the exact amount varies according to the barley variety and milling specification.

Chef Select Suji is a coarse wheat-milling product commonly known as semolina, sooji, rava or rawa. It is produced from relatively coarse particles of the wheat endosperm and has a pale cream to light-yellow appearance with a firm granular texture. Suji is widely used in Pakistani and South Asian kitchens for halwa, porridge, upma, rusks, cakes, biscuits, savoury batters and other sweet or savoury recipes.
