Sana Makki consists of dried senna leaflets obtained from Senna alexandrina. Cassia angustifolia is a widely used older botanical synonym. Senna naturally contains active compounds called sennosides and is pharmacologically classified as a stimulant laxative used for short-term relief of occasional constipation. It is not an immunity product, ordinary wellness tea, detoxification ingredient or weight-loss product.
